All prices in AUD and exclude GST. Hosting and domain registration are billed to you directly by the provider — typically a few hundred dollars a year.

Straight answers
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The proposal states a scope and a number, and that is what you pay. If you ask for something outside that scope mid-project I will quote it separately before doing the work — you will never get a surprise invoice.
What do you need paid up front?
Fifty per cent to book the dates, fifty on launch. For Custom projects we split it across agreed milestones instead.
Are hosting and the domain included?
Hosting and domain costs are yours and are billed by the provider directly, usually a few hundred dollars a year. I set them up in accounts registered in your name. If you would rather not think about it, the Care Plan covers the management.
Do I own the site?
Completely. Domain, hosting, code and content are in your name from day one. There is no proprietary platform to be locked into and no fee to leave.
What if I need changes after launch?
Small fixes during your support window are free. After that, most clients either edit content themselves using the guide I provide, take a Care Plan, or send me the occasional job at an hourly rate.
Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?
For some businesses they are genuinely a sensible choice, and I will tell you if yours is one of them. Where I add value is speed, search performance, accessibility and not paying a subscription forever for a site you do not own outright.
